Great location - near to everything including the station, sea front a nd places to eat. Place was clean and friendly. Good value.
Not really a problem but there is relatively little communal space outside the dormitories.

The proximity to the beach was a major bonus, making it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sea. Despite being a budget option, the room had all the necessary amenities, including functioning air-conditioning and a hairdryer. The cleanliness of the bathroom was satisfactory, with only minor improvements needed.

Good location near the beach and key city attractions. . Clean rooms and well-equipped kitchen facilities. Friendly owner who was present occasionally.
Poor communication and language barrier as only the owner spoke English. . Limited and uncomfortable common areas, making it difficult to socialize and meet other guests.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Nice and had a great experience at La Promenade House. The hostel was very clean and cozy, with new furnishings. The three toilets equipped with showers were always clean and well-maintained. The central location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour express nearby. I appreciated the privacy curtains on the beds and the ability to charge my devices at the bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The staff at La Promenade House were polite and helpful, and the property owner was particularly kind and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.
No issues. 👍

Very helpful and kind property owner who promptly resolved any issues that arose during our stay. Well equipped kitchen with amenities such as a cooker, fridge, microwave, and washing machine.
Limited reception hours, causing inconvenience for guests who arrive outside of those hours. Insufficient number of bathrooms for the number of rooms, resulting in long waiting times.

The location is ideal, situated a short 200m walk from the beach. some rooms are equipped with air conditioning, providing relief from the summer heat.
The hostel lacks common spaces and a front desk, making it inconvenient seeking assistance or social interaction.

He was always available and took security seriously, which made us feel safe. He even went above and beyond by helping us with our laundry. he did everything possible to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. the kitchen facilities were a great help, allowing us to cook our own meals when we didn't feel like eating out. The air conditioning provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the proximity to the beach was a bonus. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.
